They say a project’s success is reliant on its vision. To helm the project of Merlin Real Estate, we have not one, but two such visionaries: Mr. Sharad Bachani, who graduated from one of the top 50 business schools in the world, and Mr. Rohit Bachani, an MBA from Wrexham Glyndwr University, Wales, and a tech entrepreneur with a degree in Computer Science. Along with a dedicated team of professionals, the Bachani brothers are specialists in the Meydan area and high-end properties around Dubai Hills, Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, and more. The founders were both born in Dubai and share decades of experience working in the city. Both Sharad and Rohit have over 20 years of experience in the consumer electronics sector, having built a highly reputable and omnipresent brand from scratch at early ages. Together, they aim to make their mark in Dubai’s luxury residential market.
